How to Properly Clean Your Tumbler, Lid and Straw

A reusable tumbler should be cleaned regularly, including the parts that are easy to overlook. The body may appear clean while residue remains around the straw opening, underneath seals, or inside the lid.

First, check the product’s official care instructions. When the design allows it, separate the tumbler, lid, straw, removable seals, and other washable components. Clean each part using warm water, mild dish soap, and an appropriate soft brush.

Use a narrow straw brush to clean the full interior of the straw. A small detailing brush can help reach lid grooves and corners. Rinse everything thoroughly so no soap remains.
