🎒 Backpacks:
To keep your backpack in great shape, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap avoid machine washing unless the label states otherwise. Empty all pockets before cleaning and allow to air dry completely away from direct sunlight. Do not overload beyond the recommended capacity, as this may strain the zippers and straps over time. Frequently Asked Questions
What Materials Are Movana Backpacks Made From?
Our backpacks are sourced from the world's most trusted brands including CAT, Swiss Gear, American Tourister, Samsonite, and Skechers each crafted from premium grade materials such as high density polyester, ballistic nylon, and genuine leather depending on the model.
Every backpack in our collection is built to handle daily commutes, travel, and outdoor use without compromising on quality or style. All products are 100% authentic and pass strict quality checks before reaching you.
Are Movana Backpacks Water-Resistant?
Yes! Most backpacks in our collection feature water resistant outer shells or coatings that protect your belongings from light rain and splashes. Brands like Swiss Gear and CAT are especially known for their durable, weather-resistant builds.
For best results, avoid submerging your bag in water. Always check the specific product listing for water-resistance details, as this may vary by model and brand.
Are These Backpacks Suitable For Travel And Carry-On?
Absolutely. Many of our backpacks are designed with travel in mind and fall within standard airline carry-on size guidelines. Brands like Samsonite and American Tourister are widely recognised for their travel-ready builds, organised compartments, and TSA-friendly layouts.
We recommend checking the dimensions listed on each individual product page before your trip to ensure it meets your airline's specific requirements.
How Do I Clean And Maintain My Backpack?
For fabric backpacks (CAT, Swiss Gear, Skechers, American Tourister), spot clean using a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing unless the care label specifically permits it, as this can damage zippers, structure, and coatings.
For our leather backpacks, apply a quality leather conditioner every few months to keep the material soft and prevent cracking. Always air dry your backpack away from direct sunlight or heat sources to preserve its shape and colour.
Are The Backpacks Sold At Movana 100% Authentic?
Yes every single backpack sold through Movana is 100% authentic and sourced through verified, authorised channels. We do not sell replicas, imitations, or grey market products.
We take product authenticity very seriously. When you shop at Movana, you can trust that you're getting the genuine article with the same quality, stitching, hardware, and brand expect from buying directly from the brand itself.
What Is The Warranty Or Return Policy On Backpacks?
We want every Movana customer to shop with complete confidence. If you receive a backpack that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or suitable resolution.
Warranty terms may vary depending on the brand some brands like Samsonite and Swiss Gear offer their own manufacturer warranties. For full details, please visit our Returns & Warranty page or reach out to our support team directly.
